The varsity players faced some tough competition against strong programs at Gann Academy and Beaver Country Day. They defeated the Learning Center for the Deaf and had some close games against Chapel Hill. Overall, the girls improved their serving, blocking and hitting throughout the season. The team graduated seven seniors and both varsity captains this year.

The JV players improved immensely throughout the season, and they were able to beat Chapel Hill’s JV team and LCD’sVarsity. The overall efforts and attitudes of the girls were amazing. They worked hard every practice which continued after their final game. The future of the program looks great from a coaching perspective.
